Alder sales internship

Information on ALDER Direct to Home Internship:
The interns would be working out of our office locations with our high customer base concentration: which are in Texas, North Carolina, Florida, and Louisiana. Our corporate office is in Utah.
Ideally, we would offer positions to 15 candidates in the above 4 locations totaling 60 candidates.


Direct to Home Program and Training:
Interns would be joining a direct to home force where they would be required to attend the correlation meeting 6 days a week for 1 hour minimum where they would receive training, business mentor ship, and other valuable business skills. After the meeting everyone works their shift in the pre-planned area that the area manager has coordinated with our field technicians and current customers to offer our service and products to a specific location.
 

Roles and Duties:

  • Attend daily correlation meeting 6 days a week.
  • Work 8 hour shift with entire team in designated area.
  • Offer our products and services to potential interested customers. 
  • Learn and be Proficient in company products and services to offer to existing and new customers solutions for total life safety in their homes. (Burglar, fire, carbon monoxide, medical, flood.)
     

Proposed Pay-plan:

  • We would be paying the minimum wage of $300 for 40 hours of work.
  • Interns would be eligible for commission of $400 per new account generated after the first account each week. Our average interns generate 4-8 new accounts per week.
  • If minimum of 1 new account is not generated weekly for the quota candidate would be determined not a good fit. Training lasts 3-4 weeks. 


Other information:

  • Interns would be required to have an apple product (IPAD or IPHONE) to use company app.
